Garb and stuff sale

I'm selling old garb at Holiday Faire. Any ideas/guidelines for how to price stuff? For example, I have an "Eleanora of Toledo" dress that I made years ago, and it's not too atrocious ;-) but it has at least 40 bucks worth of good quality cotton velvet in the skirt. Hm. I just don't know.

We'll also have a bunch of other stuff. This includes full size black sheepskins, some carboys, other fabric (silks, a few wool crepes, etc), decorator cotton/polys. It all depends what people snatch up before hand!

Black sheepskins? I might be interested in those, but I won't be at Holiday Faire (I'm going to be sunning myself on an island somewhere)

Ooh, you're selling off old garb. Wish I was going to Holiday Faire.

I'm having the same problem, if it makes you feel any better. What I'm reminding myself is to forget what I paid (that's the sunk cost fallacy! That money is gone!) and pricing stuff for what people will pay. Afterall, the point is to get rid of stuff, not get back my investment.

YMMV, of course.
