Yoga in general makes my sinuses drain and my guts work. This is overall good, but timing is everything. My beloved teacher is closer her school. 8^(.

Drive to hippie town. 30 mn
Drive to yuppie town. 20 mn
Drive to court house. 20 mn

develop some self control and do it myself.....
