bounce! How to navigate gallica
Mar. 25th, 2009 10:15 pmIs it just me, or doesn't this just look like a real medieval book?
ladyaneira is at it again. I never thought anything could top Jeff's Laurel Scroll. I am a lucky, lucky woman.
I do have a small request.
The Gallica site has been completely rearranged. Does anybody know how to find the following manuscripts?
Boccace, Des cas des nobles hommes et femmes – Français 127
Boccace, Des claires et nobles femmes – Français 958 (De mulieribus claris)
I think I have some of the images stored off on a removable hard drive somewhere, but I'm hoping I can still find them online. They've GOT to be there. Gallica has always been an amazing resource, I will cry if that information has disappeared. I'm especially disappointed, since I'd created myself a handy little catalogue to the manuscripts a few years back.
