First of all, it was absolutely brilliant that the "four knocks" were NOT the four knocks from the Master, but from Wilf. When I realized that was when I first started to bawl.

The 20 minute scene of goodbyes at the end was great from a fannish point of view, and definitely left me bawling, but I think lessened the impact of the rest of the episode.

I'd assumed that the lady in white was the Doctor's mother, but why did he look knowingly at Donna at the end? Maybe Donna timelord eventually found a way out? ;-) Silly wish, but I like thinking it.

What was with the similarity of the dissenters and the angels from Don't Blink? Total coincidence?

Alonzo? Bwahahahahaha!



Lots more knocking about in my head, but I have to watch it again.

Oh, and whenever we go anywhere, I have the boys completely trained to say "Allons-y Alonzo!"
